ITSM and Service On-boarding Requirements
A selected group of training materials will help you get acquainted with all of the important topics related to IT service management (ITSM) and the requirements and general process of service on-boarding so that you can successfully on-board your service to the NI4OS-Europe pre-production environment, and from there to EOSC. This learning path is the starting point for any service provider that is interested in service management and on-boarding a service.
How to proceed:
Objectives- Follow the cards that will take you on a journey of different Service On-boarding topics in several courses provided.
- Complete each card by answering the short questions.
- Take the quiz to complete the learning path and test your knowledge. If you pass the quiz successfully you will gain the On-boarding badge.
- Understand IT service management
- Understand what parts of ITSM are used in EOSC
- Be informed about NI4OS-Europe on-boarding procedures and policies
- Understand the on-boarding levels
- Know how to proceed to on-board your service
